Gerry has put most of the trailers from the compound on their appropriate sites. There is still lots of materiel on the sites next to and in front of the bathroom building that must be removed so trailers can be put on those sites. Camping season is upon us! Yay!!!

For the campers putting their own trailers on their site they may do so starting at noon Sunday May 12th, 2019. The ground is still pretty wet so check your site before you put the trailer in place if it is wet please see Gerry before moving onto it. It is very important to NOT drive on the grounds unless absolutely necessary. Please remove your decking and furniture from the storage sites as some members would like to move to those sites asap. If you are in doubt call Gerry.

The camp tractor is broken and cannot be repaired so Gerry will move trailers from storage as soon as he can using the camp truck. Members who still have tarps on their trailers must come out and remove them immediately! As Gerry is unable to access and move other trailers behind them....also anyone that requires a battery to operate the hitch must also install them. ... See MoreSee Less

The 2018 Annual General Meeting was held on Sunday Sept 2nd 2018 at 1pm. There was a quorum. Regarding the election, there was only one person nominated ahead of time for each of the 2 positions and no nominations from the floor. AGM Reminder

This is a reminder that the 2018 AGM will be held on September 2nd, 2018 at 1pm in Wood Hall. Elections will immediately follow the Annual General Meeting.
All current Full, Family and Associate (2018) members 18 yrs or older are eligible to vote and be nominated. One vote per membership is permitted. Written nominations closed are closed .
This year there are three board positions up for re-election.
(1) Vice President – Nominee: Patrick Prosper
(2) Director of Acquatics – Nominee: Lana Prosper

The Vice President position is officer level, and eligible to be filled by a "Full FOLIC Member" (current or retired employee of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police). The Director of Acquatics position is eligible to be filled by "Full, Family, and Associate FOLIC members".
