The "Friends of Long Island Camp" are pleased to make Long Island Conference Centre and Recreation facility available to all RCMP offices, other Government agencies,and the corporate and business community. We are pleased to announce catering services are available for any event that uses the facility.
Corporate partnerships are being established and encouraged to increase the use of the Woodhall facility for training, meetings and workshops, as well as corporate recreational use.
NOTICE
Please be advised the Long Island Camp facility does not provide group bookings during the summer recreational months of July & August. Our schedule for commerical bookings is September to June inclusive. Thanks for your patronage....

The following fees and guidelines for our Community and Corporate groups are based on cost recovery for utilities, outdoor and building maintenance, cleaning and logistical services.
The Long Island Conference and Recreational facility is a recreational, training and meeting facility. It is located in a rustic setting on ten acres on the shores of the Rideau River near the Long Island Locks, four kilometers north of Manotick, Ontario.
Corporate and Recreational Price Listing
Business and Community Groups:
Conference Centre - full facility (includes kitchen, two halls); Woodhall and the Conference Hall. Banquet seating for 100 persons in each hall, meeting seating (horseshoe style - 25 persons, theatre style - 25 to 100 persons)
1. Includes conference tables and chairs, telephone, internet access, presentation facilities (screen, television, LCD projector, podium, PA system, flip charts) and a cozy fireplace (seasonal)
2. Outdoor venues (200 - 250 persons) - large enclosed BBQ pit, picnic area, recreational park
(Corporate Meetings) + (BBQ and picnics)
The fee for the rental of the Wood Hall for up to 20 persons from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm is $275.00 + GST. Rental of Woodhall with access to the kitchen, BBQ facilities and recreational park from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm is $335.00 + GST. In both cases, the cost for each additional person is $3.00Business Groups: (BBQ and Picnics)
The fee for groups up to 20 persons is $300.00. Each additional person is $3.00. Rental from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm includes use of Wood Hall, the kitchen, BBQ facilities, and recreational park
Church and Non-Profit Community Groups:(BBQ and Picnics)
The fee for groups up to 100 persons is $300.00 + GST. Each additional person is $3.00. Rental from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm includes use of the north room of Wood Hall, the kitchen, BBQ facilities, and recreational park.
High School Groups: (Retreats)
The fee for groups up to 150 persons is $300.00.Each additional person is $3.00. Rental is from 9:00am to 3:00pm and includes use of the north room of Wood Hall, the kitchen, BBQ facilities, and the recreational park.Scouts Canada and Girl Guide Groups: (Camping)
The fee for a weekend stay from Friday 6:00 pm to Sunday 2:00 pm is $325.00 + GST and includes the use of the north room of Wood Hall, the kitchen and the recreational park.All prices subject to GST

The Rental Registration Form must be completed, endorsed (signed) and the advance non refundable deposit received and rental date(s) acknolwedged and confirmed by the Facility Manager.
