The island boasts an excellent recreational facility which provides:
- 53 trailer sites (electricity/water); take a look at the trailer site dimensions
- eight (8) boat slips, boat ramp/dock
- six (6) boat slips (electricity & water)
- supervised heated swimming pool and wading pool
- 14 cabins are equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a queen size bed, small fridge, dishes cooking utensils, pots and pans are located in the main hall. Towels and bedding not provided.
- swimming lessons are offered during July & August (9am to 12nn) and general swimming (daily - 12:nn to 8:00 pm)
- canteen (drinks, ice cream etc)
- shared kitchen & BBQ pits used for catering and recreation
- meeting/training/dining room with adjacent dance hall which can be used as break out room for training purposes
- basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits
- playground
Summer swimming programs are available during the months of July & August.
Campground rules to be abided by all:
- Pool gate locked - means no swimming
- Dogs on a leash at all times
- Dogs are always cleaned up after
- Vehicles must be left in parking areas
- Kitchens are kept clean for all to use
- Young children supervised in washrooms
- One family per site
- Guest passes ($5) must be obtained
- Laundry facilities for all to use
- Cabin check out is Sunday (noon)
- Cabin check in is after 1:00 pm
- Cabins left clean for next occupants
